Practice Makes Perfect

Nick's company picnic this year was at a local amusement park for kids called Stricker's Grove. Since we don't have any kids yet, we decided to take Shelley's boys. Afterall, we could use all the practice we can get before Neptune arrives.

The boys had fun and enjoyed the rides they were able to go on (carousel, train, boats).

Here they are cruising around in the boats. They were too little to ride the boats while moving but the lady let them sit in them and play for a little while.

Of course the day wouldn't be complete without ice cream! A little sugar never hurt anyone, right? Cole was more interested in the camera than the ice cream. Carson didn't like the initial cold shock but liked the taste. Crazy Cameron loved everything about it and would have eaten the whole cone if we would have let him (surprise, surprise, I know).

Cameron screamed the entire ride home from the park so Uncle Nick said he's not allowed to ride with us to Florida anymore. I guess the other boys better watch their screaming if they want to ride in the big blue truck to Florida. Uncle Nick means business!
