We just got back from our doctor's appointment and everything looks perfect! The doctor said the heartrate was great and that the baby is very active. Neptune apparently does not like having it's heartbeat listened to because it kept kicking the doppler when the doctor would press it into my belly. Looks like we may have a little soccer player in there afterall, much to Nick's dismay.
The big news is we were FINALLY able to schedule our much-anticipated ultrasound! As some of you know, my doctor originally wanted us to wait until almost 24 weeks for the ultrasound which disappointed us greatly. Today we were able to talk them into two more weeks instead of four, so the ultrasound is set for Monday, July 14th at 2:30pm! We are so excited to make sure everything's okay and can't wait to get our first pictures of little Neptune!
